Getting Started

Your first visit at Rossland Family Chiropractic begins with a comprehensive consultation and assessment — designed to help us understand your body, your goals, and how we can help.

Once booked, you’ll complete your intake forms online before arriving. Then at your in-office appointment, we’ll walk you through the four-step process to determine if chiropractic care is the right fit for you.

This first visit is the foundation of your care. From here, you’ll know exactly what’s going on, what your options are, and how we can move forward — together.

Health History & Goals Consultation

We’ll sit down and talk through your symptoms, concerns, lifestyle, and goals — so we can understand what’s going on and what you’re hoping to achieve.

Spine & Nervous System Exam

Next, we’ll complete a hands-on assessment to evaluate posture, movement, tension, and how your spine may be affecting your nerves and function.

Digital Posture Imaging

We use advanced posture analysis software on the iPad — a non-invasive, radiation-free way to assess your spinal alignment and postural patterns.

In British Columbia, chiropractors are not permitted to routinely use X-rays for postural or structural assessment. That’s why we rely on clinical-grade posture imaging — it’s the most effective tool available to evaluate spinal alignment without radiation.

This technology helps us identify asymmetries, measure progress, and create a clear visual record of your care. It’s not just for us — it helps you see the changes in your body, too.

Report of Findings & Care Plan

After your initial visit, we’ll review the results with you and explain exactly what we found — along with a personalized care plan built around your goals and preferences.
